Jeff Pytlinski



Jeff became President of Lakota FC as of January 1st, 2017. Jeff comes to the club with a background in the game playing keeper at the collegiate level and has a passion for teaching the game to our youth. Jeff is no stranger as a volunteer board members as he served on several boards and provides a great sense of vision and structure for our club. Jeff is responsible for the overall club direction, ensuring all operating areas maintain their course, continuing to develop our relationship as a club within the Greater Cincinnati soccer community and helping pave the way for our continued growth and success.

Chuck Shroder

Vice President


Chuck has played competitive soccer since the age of 7 years old and never stopped, at least until his knees could take no more. A graduate of Miami where he played club and went on to begin coaching soon after to continue to feed his passion for the game. Once his three children found that same passion, he began coaching with LFC. Chuck believes fundamentals of the game are a means to developing a proper foundation to prepare players for their next phase in the game. Chuck will be responsible for club operations, facilities, playing fields, training equipment and program oversight.

Marianne Colleary



Marianne has served as the Lakota FC Treasurer for the past 4 year and is one of the founding members of the club. Marianne also serves as an Asst Coach for the LFC Girls 2003 team and enjoys watching and teaching the game. Marianne is responsible for the budgeting and allocation of funds for all soccer operations including training, league, coach, tryout, tournament and field and equipment needs.  

Shannon Glendon



Shannon joined the board as Secretary on January 1st, 2017. Shannon has been with the club for two years now and enjoys watching the players evolve and grow. Shannon will be responsible for maintaining actions of board members, monitoring progress of initiatives and will be taking on oversight of player and team registration, rostering and carding.   

Krysta Weizman

At-Large Member


Krysta became an At-Large member of the board of October 1st, 2017. Krysta also has a background in serving as a member of a non-profit board. She will be responsible for the oversight of all internal club needs including team uniforms and, coaches and trainers apparel, club spirit wear and our relationship with Adidas, Soccer Village and other apparel partners.

Jason Guyler

At-Large Member


Jason joined the the board in November, 2017.  He enjoys soccer from a playing and coaching perspective. Jason has played organized soccer for over fifteen years culminating in a High School experience where he was a Varsity starter for three years at Bishop Fenwick High School. He was fortunate enough to play on teams that made it deep into the playoffs and that experience he will have forever.  He holds his coaching ā€˜Eā€™ License and plans to continue his training in the future. He has also coached in the Ohio South Olympic Development Program.  He enjoys sharing hisknowledge and enjoys watching the kidsgrow during the season. It is very rewarding for him to see the passion in the kids as they develop and play. 
Outside of soccer he is a cyber security consultant. He looking forward to helping LFC with communication, building the LFC brand and fund raising.  Jason will be responsible for ensuring the mission and purpose of our club is clearly communicated to our members; working with the community to spread news about our club, and will oversee all fundraising and marketing opportunities for the club.
